A nice place to spend time with family, with good facilities.

Room 107 was a disappointing stay. The room and bathroom had an odor, and even public toilets smell better. The regular bath tap didn't work, so they recommended the shower. The AC was noisy and didn't work properly, and the landline was out of order. The pillows were worse than roadside ones. For two or three guests, they provided just one dirty towel. There was no soap or shampoo, and they charged for the dental kit. Guests have to get things like water themselves. We paid extra online for breakfast, but the menu had only two items, one piece each, so we might have got a better breakfast outside for the same amount. If you bring food from outside, they won't give you a plate for dinner. They call this a 3-star property, but ordinary rooms are far better.

The receptionists were excellent, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom had a bit of a smell. Auto rickshaw drivers mostly don't know where the hotel is, so allow for a 22 minute walk if you're coming from or heading to the Railway Station.

A comfortable spring mattress, a spotless bathroom, and a good shower with an instant hot water geyser that worked perfectly made the room a decent stay for the price. It was fairly large, clean, and had fresh linen, and the AC worked well. The furnishings were sparse, but fair enough at such a budget price. The hotel is central and easy to find, with a smooth check-in and a really good price. I did spot an open, used coffee sachet where there should have been new ones, and took a picture. There were no milk sachets, and although there were two glasses, there were no cups or spoon for stirring. How were we supposed to make coffee or tea?
