The hotel was very close to the station, an easy walk, but the washroom needs repairs. The washbasin and bath tap were leaking, and the room kettle wasn't clean. The taxi and driver were another problem. He quoted 2500 rs for 8hrs/80 km, but we visited only 3 places after booking the taxi at 11 am until 7 pm. We returned to the hotel at 5 pm, and when my husband asked to be dropped at a nearby place, the driver refused and left with the full payment. He gave no concession for finishing 2 hours early. The driver was arrogant, drove slowly, and spent the whole time on calls. At booking, they also hadn't told us that driver meal and parking would cost extra, so we were charged 180 rs more.

The rooms are at a 1 star level, though they're offered as 3 star. The glass windows are damaged, and the shower and faucet leak. No one comes to look at a complaint. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

The buffet was a letdown, with only 3-4 kinds of food, and the tea biscuits and cakes were soggy and hard to enjoy. Even water was limited to a few bottles. At check-in, Mr. Dhananjay at reception had enthusiastically described several perks as free, but we were charged for those same services at checkout. Be careful about that claim before booking.

The bottled water limit at the complimentary breakfast felt stingy and unwelcoming. The bigger problem came at checkout, when the services presented as free at the start of our stay turned into a hefty bill. That felt dishonest, and our experience was deeply disappointing, close to fraudulent. Mr. Dhananjay at the front desk seemed more focused on misleading us than offering real hospitality. I can't recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Think carefully before booking.

I was there with my little kids, and being turned away caused us a lot of trouble. In 15 years of traveling and booking online, this was the first time I'd ever been denied a room. They said the hotel was full, which seemed suspicious. Why take bookings through online portals if they can't honor them?
