The boys were sincere and the service was okay, and the lifts were in working condition. Parking is available, though you can't drive a four-wheeler up to the place because the approach is through a small lane. This setup is more like a service apartment, with three rooms that have attached bathrooms and a shared hall with a sofa and dining table, so don't expect a typical hotel room. The rooms are small and unclean, and the linen, towels, bedsheets, and curtains were all dirty. A solo traveler might manage, but it was a big disappointment for a family.
