A complete waste of money. The staff were extremely rude and impolite, and the room service was pathetic.

Everything else was good, but I left a piece of clothing behind and spent a month following up. They kept saying they'd courier it and tell me what I'd need to pay. In the end, they said they'd lost it. I even offered to arrange the courier myself. I wouldn't have minded if they'd told me no from the start. They're not competent when it comes to hospitality.

The hotel keeps changing its name, and the reception staff weren't trained or courteous. I walked out without staying.

The parking area on the second floor was dirty, and the rooms weren't properly cleaned when handed over. Staff were rude when we asked for water bottles or other basic things, and they even asked us for money for return gifts, saying they had personal problems. They also charged extra after losing the keycards themselves, then claimed we hadn't returned them. We held our engagement ceremony here, and the event arrangements were a mess. They switched food vendors without telling us, apparently cutting costs, and the food was terrible and late. The quoted price also went up after booking, with no warning before we arrived two days ahead of the event. The food, cleaning, and hall handover were all delayed. I'd avoid hosting an event here, and I wouldn't book a room either.
