Townhouse Vijayawada Rajiv Gandhi Park

The location is good and the price is low, but the service was the worst part. I called five or six times and went to reception repeatedly just to get one plate. It finally arrived after 30 minutes. The room hadn't been cleaned before check-in. There were wrappers and crumbs on the bed, and the brown bedsheets and linen were stained. The washroom had no bidet or tissue paper, just a mug in the wash basin beside the commode.

I'm not sure why Google reviews doesn't have even one review for this hotel. My stay was pleasant and good. It's a decent, cheap option for families or solo travellers looking for a basic place in Vijayawada, though it isn't a three or four star property and isn't super good or very bad. The ambience was good, and the hot water, A/C, bed, WiFi, and TV all worked perfectly. For a budget stay with those basics, it was worth the price.

The room felt scary, and the staff behaved very badly. After booking, the hotel asks for extra charges. The AC wasn't working, but they wouldn't reduce the money.

The TV is mounted on the wall but doesn't work, and they don't provide water, bedsheets, or an extra bed. There's no flush gun in the washroom. Whatever you ask for, they say they don't have it or don't provide it. I booked one king size bed and one single bed on the agoda website, but when I arrived, they gave me only the king bed and said there was no extra bed. I don't recommend staying here. If you still want to book a room, 'Nee karma..' The staff openly said not to book through agoda and to come directly for better service, so people booking through agoda can decide for themselves.
