They don't allow plates or glasses in the rooms, yet there was a cockroach on the bed. If they hold such high standards about glassware and plates, pest control should meet basic expectations too. I also have a video of the cockroach on the bed.

I was here for a friend's wedding function and found the hotel good. The room itself needs better upkeep, though. The sheets, towels, and blankets weren't very clean, and both hygiene and maintenance need work.

The rates are very reasonable, and the owner lives on the premises and gives things personal attention. The place is neat and clean, the staff are cooperative and quick, and the food is good. Thank you to the whole team.

What stood out most was how kind the staff were, especially the owner, Mr rao. The in-house dining was very good, with North Indian and maharashtrian choices. The property is in a nice location, the rooms are clean and good, and it's a pleasant, peaceful place to stay.

The AC rooms are available and okay. But the rooms facing the dining area are often occupied by people who aren't well mannered. That part should improve.
