The buffet breakfast has a large selection and deserves special mention. There’s also a nice swimming pool and plenty of room for walks. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, but they look old and need renovation.

The rooms are good and well maintained, but the parking experience was awful. Even though we’d booked four rooms in a block, when an event was on we couldn’t park our cars and had to leave them far away, then carry our luggage to the rooms ourselves. We were told that people at an office meeting had parked in our space. If short-term visitors are the priority, why advertise room parking? Why lie to customers? Are guests who book rooms not important? Everyone should consider this before booking.

For one night I paid 4.6k at this highly rated hotel. The room had mosquitoes, the AC was no good at all, and there was nobody to help me get to my room. The price was high compared with other hotels offering the same amenities.

We booked through makemytrip, and the hospitality was hard to put into words, from the welcome right through checkout. Special mention to sheela. Our double room with an extra bed was very good and still spacious even with the extra bed added. There’s ample parking, and the breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Worth every bit of money spent.
