Fabhotel Hridyam Madhuram

I booked through Fabhotel in good faith, but this was the worst experience of my life. Calling it a hotel feels wrong, it seemed like a scam run by Fabhotel. I wasn't just treated badly, I felt scammed.

This guest house has plenty of space for a marriage party, with a gathering of around 500 people easily accommodated. The ground floor feels more like a small guest house, while the newly built upper floor has good rooms with AV and geyser, along with all facilities. Lovely place.

The room was wonderful and the service was great. Had a really good experience with this cooperative hotel.

The room service was awful, the washrooms were very bad, and there's no lift. There was no breakfast service as expected and no kitchen, everything is made somewhere else. I asked for coffee, was told no after 45 minutes, then got it another 30 minutes later and was charged for it. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the only choices were Poha or Poori, and we were told to ask at least 3 hours ahead. I informed them at 7AM and was told it would be ready at 8AM. They then pushed it back another 45 minutes, so we left without breakfast. You can't bring a taxi to this place and have to use an auto rickshaw as of today and for the next 2 years. I believe all the reviews posted are from employees, including Arpit Singh etc. I suppose this Fab hotel group runs all these fake and bakwas hotels.
