The food was delicious, and the dairy products tasted especially fresh. Basera Brij Bhoomi is in the middle of Vrindavan, close to the temples and Ashrams nearby. We came as a family and found the hotel comfortable and welcoming. Very nice stay.

We booked here again, and Asst Manager Mr. Pande was very good. The hotel belongs to the big local group ‘Basera’. It's in a fantastic roadside location with a Resturants. Best wishes to Mr pandeji and the whole group.

The tea and snacks were tasty when I came with my family in the evening. But the TV was playing so loudly that it wasn't acceptable, and the staff on duty were arguing at high volume. It felt very unprofessional. I won't visit again, and the hotel top management needs to look into this.

Whenever I'm in Vrindavan, I stay at this hotel. The service is very good, and the staff are courteous and polite, including the seniors. It's a really good hotel.

Not customer friendly at all. They can have empty rooms and still won't let you check in before check-in time. The reception staff are completely lakhir ka fakir.
