The rooms were clean, the AC worked, and service was good. It’s close to several attractions, and the staff and owner were nice. I found it well worth the price and would strongly recommend booking here, whether you’re travelling alone or with family. A 10/10 stay.

The room had a foul smell that never went away, and it was dirty, including the pillow and toilet. The bathroom was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. This was easily the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I strongly warn others against staying here.

The owner made us feel very welcome, with genuinely warm and friendly hospitality. I stayed at Devi Heritage in Vrindavan with my family, and the guest house was a big part of why the holiday went so well. I’d happily return to Vrindavan just to stay at Devi Heritage again.

The staff and owner were helpful, even helping me put together an itinerary for my Mathura-Vrindavan trip. I felt safe and at home here. It’s a good option for a budget stay, and I’d recommend it.

The whole Vrindavan itinerary is close by, from temples and places to eat to autos. The location was absolutely fire, so there was no long travelling or drama.
