The breakfast was a mess: we were told at 8 a.m. that it was ready, then had to wait another half hour, and once it arrived there was no cutlery, so that was another 20 minutes. They also said extra tea would cost more, and portions were fixed at four plates for four people. More poha or a paratha meant an extra charge. Getting Wi-Fi took repeated follow-ups, and the staff member who came over only showed us a QR code and said he didn’t know the password. Both rooms had lots of mosquitoes, and our requests for All Out were ignored. We also waited until the next morning, after asking many times, to get the key for the room in cottage no 4. I had booked two rooms through MMT for four people, from 11th April to 12th April, and called ahead to say I was coming with family and needed rooms close together. When we arrived, the person there said we were late and put us in cottage no. 16 and cottage no. 04. I explained that my parents are over 60 and asked if anything could be done, but they refused. I then saw people who arrived after us get rooms in cottage no. 17. I don’t know why that happened. This was the worst stay of my life. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this place.
