The food was great, and I especially liked the tea. The staff were humble and cooperative, and parking was plentiful. It’s on the 9th floor of Brij Dham apartment and easy to find. Prem Mandir is nearby, while Banke Bihari temple is a bit farther, though local transport is easy to get. A good option for an average budget.

It was easy to get around from these apartments, with most famous temples and the market within walking distance. Our room was roomy, clean, and warm in winter, and the service was up to the mark. Everyone we dealt with was polite and courteous.

The 2 BHK setup gave our family of four the privacy we needed. We also ate well here, from poha and aaloo paratha at breakfast to thalis for dinner. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, and made the place feel like home. We had a super pleasant stay.

The basic problems in the room made the trip frustrating: the bathroom door didn't work, there was no TV in the room, the hall TV couldn't get a signal, and the toilet flush wasn't working properly. When we raised these complaints, staff answered rudely instead of acknowledging them. Be careful, this could waste your money and ruin your trip.

We had a nice stay in one of the 1 BHK flats on the 9th floor. The canteen food was decent, though each meal has its own hours. Breakfast included paratha, curd, poha, and tea. The geyser wasn't working at first, but they fixed it even at 10 pm, which impressed me. You could consider staying here.
