The bathroom had hanging live wires, with more exposed wires above the TV, which felt like a serious safety risk. The toilet seat was broken, and the room had spiders and webs in the corners. Brown, dusty, unclean bedsheets and pan pichkari stains on the walls added to the dirty, untidy condition. There was an extreme foul smell throughout the room and property as soon as we entered, and it wasn’t fit for a stay. The property looked nothing like the online photos, and the images and descriptions were misleading. Based on my experience, the positive reviews don’t reflect the hotel’s actual condition. I told the receptionist right away. He wasn’t helpful, told me to contact customer support, and promised the room would be cleaned, but that never happened. No other room or solution was offered. I had to escalate it to customer support and request a refund. I’m attaching pictures to support what I’ve described. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and not livable. I strongly don’t recommend it. Please avoid it unless you want to risk your health and safety.

There’s continuous hot water, and the hotel is very near to amazing hotels. The staff are helpful too. But think twice before choosing this place. There’s no lift, no sitting chair in the room, and the TV doesn’t work. Towels and soap are poor quality. The so-called free breakfast comes from a roadside eatery. Monkeys are a problem too, don’t even step outside wearing eyeglasses, they’ll snatch them. The place is infested with monkeys and has open sewage. If budget is the reason you’re considering it, try calling the hotel directly if you can get their number. Fab rates are 80% higher. I’d generally advise against booking any of their hotels in India through FAB.

The one thing I liked was the location, nearer to Bankebihari temple. The room itself was in dirty condition and nothing like the photos. AC wasn’t working, and we had to carry our luggage up the steps to the second floor because there was no lift. Small insects were crawling around the room and toilet, and there was a bad smell from both. The bed and blankets were dirty too. No one should plan to stay here.

I agree it’s close to banke bihari temple, but it’s not worth a penny. There are thousands of other options at the same distance, and even other places to stay on the same street look more organised and better. There’s no cleanliness or value for money here. Please don’t book if those things matter to you.
