The staff made the stay memorable. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and ready to help, from the front desk at check-in to the housekeeping and restaurant teams. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed; housekeeping kept it fresh and clean every day. The bed was very cozy too. I felt valued throughout, and the hotel's atmosphere and attention to detail made the experience special. I'd happily come back and recommend it for cleanliness, comfort, and service.

The room was clean, and being close to the temples was very convenient. Service, though, didn't meet expectations. We booked one room with an extra bed, but when I asked for fresh blankets they refused. I also waited about 45 minutes for veg chap and chapati. Some staff were helpful, while a few were quite rude. Decent for the location and cleanliness, but the service needs work.

The kitchen stays open until midnight, and the food is delicious. Clean rooms and excellent service made this one of the best places I've booked for a stay.
