Only the location was a plus. The staff, service, and facilities were in bad shape, and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. The room smelled bad, the bedsheets were dirty, and the toilet flush didn't work. At checkout, reception staff literally pressured me to give the place 4 stars on the OYO app, saying things would improve next time. I bet I'm not staying there again.

We waited two hours to check in, then left without checking in after they refused to offer any other accommodation. At booking, they had promised luxury services, but when we arrived the AC wasn't working, there were electricity problems, and the washrooms were dirty. The linen, pillows, and mattresses were poor quality and hadn't been washed. They denied us check-in because the services weren't up to the mark.

When I tried to rate the stay on the OYO app after checking out, they literally coaxed me to give a good rating. The photos on OYO were very misleading. Only one wall in each room had the Asian paints design; the other three had dirt spots, patches, and all kinds of marks. The linen hadn't been washed, and the bathroom stench was horrible. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked.

The place and the people were the worst. The TV was a box, and the geyser and AC were always off whenever they felt like it. The bathroom had see-through glass, and there were plenty of insects, among other problems. Don't even dare stay here for free. It's especially bad for families and couples. If you stay, you might give your bad luck a chance to spoil your days.
