Fabhotel Shubh Palace

There were mice and a lizard in one room, broken bathroom furniture, and a flush that didn’t work properly. We also found old shoes in the almirah at check-in. The geyser wasn’t working, and there was no handwash in the washroom. When I asked for warm water, they said it would cost extra, and the flask they gave us contained unclean water. Breakfast was included in the booking, but nothing was served before 8 AM because it’s outsourced. When I asked about a refund, they said it was only ₹100 per day, even though the package charges ₹1000+ for breakfast. Complaints to the hotel manager and Fab Hotels support got no action. Staff seemed indifferent and service was pathetic. FabHotel Shubh Palace was a very disappointing stay and not worth the money. It’s poorly maintained and unhygienic, and the service is unreliable. The property is nowhere near the standard advertised on Fab Hotels or MakeMyTrip. Fab Hotels should seriously reconsider having it under their brand because it damages customers’ trust in their network. I’d never recommend FabHotel Shubh Palace to anyone looking for a clean or comfortable stay. Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll thank yourself later.
