Hotel Kanha Inn

We stayed for two nights in Dec'25. The staff were courteous and polite, and the food at the ground-floor restaurant was great, with North Indian and south indian options. Service was quick, and there is car parking too. The hotel sits on the main road between Shri Ram Mandir and Saryu ghat. The temple is 700mtrs to the left and walkable, while the ghat is 1km to the right. Erick are easy to find on the road and charge 20rs per seat in either direction. I'd recommend booking the 2 double bed (4pax ) room. The Single double bed (2Pax ) room is relatively small.

The food really stood out, fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. It felt like home-cooked comfort, with top-class hygiene, and the hospitality made meals even better. The rooms at Ramanjaneya Hotel were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were always polite, attentive, and quick to help, and the location was peaceful with easy access to Ram Mandir. A wonderful family stay in Ayodhya. I'd happily choose Ramanjaneya Hotel again.

The restaurant is downstairs, and orders arrived within five minutes. The food tasted really good, though it was a little expensive, especially nice for mumbai and Maharashtra people. I stayed two nights, from 7th Jan to 9th Jan 2026. The rooms were neat and clean, and room service was mind blowing. Whatever you needed, they got it done in about two minutes. One of the best hotels in Ayodhya, and highly recommended for families.

I had a terrible stay. The third-floor room was in a hotel with no lift, and there was waste all over the terrace and stairs. A live electric panel was missing a switch, which worried me about what might happen if a child were in the room. The tap's water flow changed every 30 seconds, creating a serious chance of getting scalded. I had to call reception repeatedly to replace a burnt-out kettle, put batteries in the AC remote, bring toiletries, and remove a spider web just above the wash basin. The tea cups were stained and dirty, like the dusty floor and curtains. The power kept going on and off, and the generator didn't start immediately. There were plenty of other problems in the room too. These hotels survive thanks to a steady stream of pilgrims.
