Hotel Siddhi Palace

The family's care made me feel at home. At my request, they put together an itinerary for temples and arranged transportation, including a visit to a puja on the beach of the Saryu River. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, and the family were attentive throughout. They also have a tuk tuk driver on staff who was prompt when taking me around town. I picked this hotel for its reviews and location and was very pleased with the generosity and effort they put into making guests comfortable.

It felt like a new property, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful, especially Deepak. They arranged a cab for our local visits, and we found good food at an affordable cost.

Siddi Palace is close to Ram Mandir, yet its calm surroundings offer a break from the main crowds and a chance to take in Ayodhya's sacred atmosphere. The grounds were clean and well maintained, making it a peaceful place to pause after visiting the temple. The staff and local guides were generally helpful and shared useful insights about the site's cultural and historical importance. The palace's graceful architecture, with its traditional design, arches, detailed features, and open spaces, gives a sense of the region's history. For me, time spent here added another layer to a visit to Ayodhya. It could be a meaningful stop for devotees or history lovers, with a blend of peaceful surroundings, spirituality, and historical character.

There isn't a lift or a restaurant, though food delivery is available, and there's plenty of car parking. The hotel arranges E rickshaws, which makes getting around easier. It's newly built and well maintained, and seems good for families. We had a good experience overall.
