Hotel the Ramay Palace

The room was reasonably spacious and clean, and the food prepared at the hotel was excellent. The staff, including the manager, were humble and professional, and gave us excellent service. The location near Ram mandir saved us time and money getting to landmarks, and the prices were reasonable and affordable. I’ll stay here again when I return to Ayodhya, and would suggest it to others looking for a good hotel. Thank you to all the staff members for taking such good care of us.

The rooms, food, location, and services were all comfortable, but it was the staff who stood out most. They were humble, extremely polite, and always willing to help. Excellent staff, really, excellent staff.

The temples are close by, and the staff were really helpful. It’s a very good place to stay. Special thanks to Kanhaiya ji for helping us. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I felt uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time, especially as a woman traveler. The reception staff were rude and openly misbehaved, and their treatment of the women in my family was extremely inappropriate and intimidating. Their arrogant, threatening manner felt more like dealing with gundas than hotel staff, and was completely unprofessional. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and secure, but I experienced the opposite here. I strongly advise against booking until the staff and standards improve. Respect and safety should never be compromised, and The Ramay Palace failed badly on both.
