After arriving, we were told to park about 2 km away, then waited nearly an hour while they sorted things out. There’s no proper parking, and the whole process was very inconvenient and unprofessional. The room was dirty, the washroom was in terrible shape, and basic cleanliness seemed ignored. The hotel looked nothing like its online pictures, which felt misleading and like false advertising. Service was poor, there was no transparency or respect for our time, and it wasn’t worth the money. I’d never stay here again.

The Google photos are nothing like the actual place. It’s old, poorly maintained, and misrepresented online. Inside, the room smelled bad, the sheets looked unwashed, and the stained, dirty washroom seemed not to have been cleaned after the previous guests. It felt deeply unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. There was no hospitality, professionalism, or standard of care. A total waste of time and money, and this place shouldn’t even be listed as a hotel.

We had booked a large room with three king-size beds for our family of five. At check-in, though, we were given a small room with just two king-size beds. The only facility mentioned was a geeser in the washroom.

The owner was very helpful, and the location was good for the affordable price, within walking distance of both Ram Mandir and the Railway station. We stayed for two days with my parents, and the room and bathroom were very clean.
