This was my second visit, and the food was delicious with good variety. The service stayed friendly and attentive. Management could give the switch boards a little maintenance attention, but that's a normal thing and didn't affect the experience. It's a great place to relax, and I look forward to going back.

The location and the view are very nice, and the property and rooms are clean and tidy. The swimming pool is clean too, and the food quality is very good. Families can enjoy the trip. Service is very nice, and the property management and all the staff are good.

The online pictures gave a misleading impression of the property. My room wasn't clean, and some basic amenities were broken or missing. The staff didn't seem interested in sorting things out and were unhelpful. For what I paid, I expected more comfort and better service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

For the price, the stay wasn't worth it. The staff didn't respond, basic hospitality was missing, and both cleanliness and management need a lot of work. I expected better from this resort and wouldn't recommend it unless they make major improvements.

The rooms are spacious and nice, and the food portions were generous with okay taste. But the reception person was rude and lacked basic manners when speaking to guests. We booked three rooms in advance and confirmed they'd be on the same floor. One was given to people who had booked offline, and we were initially given a fake excuse. It took a few hours of discussion before they finally allocated the room to us. This resort isn't couple-friendly, though it's better suited to families.
