After pressing our travel agent, we got one better room in exchange for one of the three we had. I guess that may be the only decent room in the hotel. The rooms and hotel overall were poorly maintained: the bathroom smelled, the mug and bucket couldn't be used, the blanket stank, and the bedsheet had lipstick stains and hair. The room felt gloomy and not like somewhere to stay with family.

The rooms are basic and could be better maintained, but this is a budget-friendly option for a short stay. Check-in was simple and the staff polite and cooperative. Its biggest plus is location: Hotel Tribhuvan is about 1 kilometer from Ranchi Railway Station, close enough to walk from the station, with the market and local transport nearby.

The room was stinky, with dirty washrooms and dirty linens. It made me feel like puking. Worst experience.

There weren't even normal facilities here. The light, bathroom kits, bedsheets, blanket, and curtain were dirty, and the door lock was broken. A very bad experience 👎😔

I'm a traveler, and this is my genuine review: the hotel is not good, with poor management and average, untrained staff behaviour. The toilet is like hell. The location is crowded and congested, not good, though parking is available. Don't waste your money.
