OYO 7239 Hotel Aditya

The food was stale and not cooked properly, and both the manager and restaurant manager were arrogant and careless. They charge outsiders extra. I saw them quote someone else a different amount for a similar room, right in front of me. A very bad experience.

The tea and coffee were really good, and the hotel food was the one bright spot. The rest was rough. During my stay in October 2017, the rooms were poorly maintained, with windows that wouldn’t close and cupboard doors coming loose. The bathroom was cramped and dirty, and when tiles started coming off one wall, they covered it with newspaper. The tap water was so dirty we had to use bottled water to wash ourselves. Bedsheets, towels, and pillows were all cheap and poorly kept. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff and manager were rude and didn’t seem to care about guests. The lifts weren’t working properly, and after 10pm they made a fuss if you tried to enter the hotel. They kept finding issues with our presence and making things inconvenient. They even pressured us to check out, claiming the same room had a previous booking. If you’re going to RIMS and have no choice but to stay nearby, avoid this place. Management will only fool you. I’ve stayed in hotels all around the country and never had an experience like this. Worst hotel ever.

The restaurant looked well maintained and hygienic, and it had a calm atmosphere for a quiet dinner. Service was nice too. But the food, the main thing, wasn’t cooked properly, probably because it was rushed. I visited for dinner yesterday. I haven’t stayed overnight, so I can’t comment on that.
