After a terrible stay at Hotel Prashant O Villa, I ended up at Hotel Royals and had a genuinely pleasant time. The bathroom was clean, and the AC and geyser both worked perfectly. My room stayed spotless with regular cleaning, and the bed was neatly made with fresh sheets. Room service was quick, and the staff were polite and professional. Sumeet deserves a special mention. He wasn't on duty, but still answered when I called after getting delayed at night. That was real care. God bless people who serve so selflessly. I'd highly recommend Hotel Royals for a comfortable, peaceful stay.

I stayed for one night and enjoyed it. The room design is nice, and every room has a balcony. There was a little power issue because of the extreme rain, which was understandable. I'd recommend it.
