OYO Flagship 14294 De Rest

We've been regular customers for a long time, so I didn't expect things to go this way. My partner politely asked if they could accommodate us on the price, but the hotel staff responded very rudely. There were already several problems, including electric current in the running water, mosquitoes, and water with a yellowish color. We had put up with those, but the way we were treated made everything worse. If you don't know how to speak to customers, you should learn. I'm sorry to say we won't be using your service again. I hope the next customer doesn't have the same experience.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space, and the hotel was clean and stylish. Food was good for the price, and service was attentive and efficient. The staff were great, especially the friendly, helpful receptionist, who made a lovely first impression. The location and surrounding atmosphere were also great. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return for longer.

The garden is beautiful, and the place itself is comfortable. The rooms are small but airy, and the staff work well. But the food can be awful. I was very disappointed, and it spoiled my day. I'd been busy and hadn't eaten since morning, then when I finally ordered food, the rice had grains of sand in it and the raita had rotten onions.

The staff are the real bright spot, and the food is decent, though the rooms are small. Our room telephone wasn't working, and I also told the staff about problems with the washroom. It's one of Oyo's highest-rated hotels, but for the price, I feel Oyo's standards should be much better.
