Oyo 78231 Oxy Rudra Inn

The staff were good, and everything else was fine. But there was no way to lock the room from outside, and there were lots of cockroaches in it. I'd give the place 3 out of 5 overall.

The staff were well behaved, which is why I'm giving an extra star. There were a lot of problems with the facilities, though: the room was tiny, with no cupboard or mirror, and there were no hangers in the bathroom. The AC remote was missing and the TV didn't work. The building was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. The lift was out of order too, and the OYO was on the fourth floor.

The receptionist was rude, the AC was faulty, and the lift in the building wasn't working. They also charged a lot, and outside food wasn't allowed. This doesn't feel like a family hotel. Our room was dirty, the sheets were stained, it smelled of raw sewage, and the toilet didn't work. There was no hot water because the geyser was faulty. I also caught impetigo, a bacterial infection, which I believe was caused by poor hygiene. I'm ashamed we stayed and embarrassed that the owner got any of our hard-earned money. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

The location is good, but I'd only go if there were no other options. The price is very high, and I found no cleanliness, no electricity, and low-quality food with mosquitoes and flies on it. The hotel is just a fraud. If you're coming to TUPUDANA for an exam, try staying on the railway platform and get food from the local street stalls. Don't waste your money booking this kind of hotel.
