I went to an engagement function here, and the facilities were nice. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned, though there's not much light. The location is great and easy to reach from the Ramgarh side, but parking is tight, with barely room for 6-7 cars on the premises.

Staff behavior was good and polite, but service overall was very bad. I booked a semi suite, but its phone didn't work, they refused an extra towel, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was poor. The location is the only real plus. It's expensive for what you get. My biryani took an hour to arrive, and they said curd wasn't available, so there was no raita. I don't recommend booking here.

I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served each morning, and the location near major attractions was convenient. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff at HotelRaj Residency were welcoming and helpful the whole time, making for a wonderful stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here for 10 days on an official trip this time, and the rooms were good, the food reasonable, and the staff good too. During Covid, we also stayed for more than a month for work, so this was a return visit.

We booked through agoda, but ended up paying extra in cash and never got back the amount we'd paid online. I don't know what happened. They also kept saying the rooms would soon be booked, pushing us to reserve in advance and pay everything at once. Worst hotel ever.
