There were mosquitoes and flies in the room, and the blankets were torn. They didn’t provide proper toiletries or towels unless I specifically asked. Service was awful too: a simple meal of one saji and rotis took two hours. The desk manager overcharged customers and, when arranging an auto, took a cut from the middle, which felt like cheating. This behavior isn’t acceptable. I made a big mistake choosing this hotel and would tell people to stay away.
I come here regularly with family and friends for the delicious food, which is reasonably priced, and the rooms are quiet and nice. The hotel and restaurant are run by professionals, and service is prompt, though you should allow 10-20 minutes to enjoy the food you choose. It’s about 100 meters down a road that gets a bit crowded with vegetable sellers, but the place itself is cool and peaceful.
Food can be ordered, the rates fit a budget, and the staff look after guests well. It’s a good, inexpensive place to stay, and Google Maps had the location right. Thanks.
We turned down the suite and didn’t stay. It was dirty, with torn sheets and dirty marks all over the beds, and there was a mouse roaming around. The toilet leaked and the shower was broken. Worst hotel I’ve experienced.
Ramdiri Residency is near the main road and can be seen from an ordinary vehicle. It’s close to the temple and Hamru chowk in Jharkhand. There are decorated banquet halls, a lift, and both AC and non-AC rooms. Other facilities include TV, running water all day, intercom, geyser, WiFi, car parking, wheelchair availability, and 24-hour security.
