I stayed here for about six weeks during Nov/Dec 2025, and the friendly staff made it feel like home. Ruthy and Misao at Asia Alive were pure gems. Their care, attention, and genuine way of connecting with every guest made dining feel like an experience, not just a meal. Their consistency and dedication made a huge difference to my stay. At the lounge, Pia and Kushi were both friendly and professional. Subhasish is my favorite Chef. Even when busy in the kitchen, he found time to chat with guests, and his friendliness and passion for cooking came through in every dish. Chef Gopal was kind and friendly too. Ria, Imran, Rohit, and Sunidhi from the restaurant were welcoming and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere. All the other staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

The location made commuting to our office in cybercity easy, and my wife says we’ll stay here next time we visit India instead of aerocity. Best wishes to the hotel management, and please keep up the service and the great team you’ve assembled. We spent almost two weeks here, and the staff are what made the stay memorable. Preeti handled check-in smoothly and was quick to meet our needs. Harsh and the other front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Peace serviced our room beautifully, with lovely flower art and towels that were the icing on the cake. Mukesh ji, the bell boy, was amazing and helped us with many things. The restaurant team were attentive. Missing home-cooked food, I was delighted when Chef Aryan made my favorite breakfast. Chef Vishwa also made sure we had the best at breakfast and in the evening lounge. Rohit, Rahul, Joshim, Ria, Ruthy, Omica, and others looked after us, and Pinky at the coffee bar was helpful. Most evenings, Khushi greeted us with a lovely smile and helped us relax in the bar cum lounge. Ms Pia Shethy seemed to be everywhere, keeping an eye on guests’ needs. Whenever we needed something, she would magically appear and help.

Manthan, the Duty Manager, deserves special thanks for his excellent service. He was professional, calm, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He’s a real asset to the Hilton team. Double Tree by Hilton is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were soft-spoken, polite, and ready to help with a warm smile, which made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Highly recommended. I look forward to coming back.

Breakfast felt like a thoughtful tour of the subcontinent. The buffet combined à la carte dishes with Indian and Western favorites, from Gujarati kachoris and South Indian idlis, dosas, and pongal to Mumbai’s pav bhaji and North Indian aloo paratha. There was something for every palate, and the food was flavorful, well prepared, and satisfying. Thanks to Rahul for warm, attentive service at the buffet, and to Pushparaj at the dosa station for consistently making each dosa so well. The location made it easy to get to major attractions and the airport. We visited in winter, and the festive decorations throughout added seasonal charm. The reception desks styled as gingerbread houses were playful and elegant, without feeling excessive. Shivani Mishra, Manthan Agarwal, and Janaki Thapa made routine interactions memorable through their detail, warmth, and thoughtful care. The hotel felt like a well-run place where hospitality, logistics, and attentiveness worked together. I’d gladly recommend the Hilton DoubleTree Gurgaon and return.
