The first hour of my two-day booking was awful. The TV didn't work, and room service was terrible. They didn't provide drinking water, and what I finally got after calling an hour later was too dirty to drink. When I complained, they said, “We drink it, so you can drink it too.”
The staff were well behaved, and I enjoyed the food here. The rooms, though, weren't that good.
We stayed for two days and the service was really good. The front desk team helped with pretty much everything, including cabs and other transport. Ms Jyoti was very polite and even helped us get medical assistance. Mr Abhishek was around throughout the night, attentive to the service, and brought us food.
The place has a kitchen and an in-house restaurant, along with a conference room. In the rooms, there’s AC, a TV, and king-sized beds. They also provide parking, CCTV security, card payments, and power backup. Hotel Rbs Inn is in Sector 8, Manesar, near Jain Mandir, Hanuman Mandir, and Karma Lakelands. The rooms feel pleasant, with tasteful wooden furniture and neutral walls. The reception is charming, and the corridors are bright and well-lit.
The rooms are large and spacious, with all the facilities, and the staff were really helpful. The food was tasty, and you can ask them to make what you want. Seems suitable for both family trips and work stays. The owner, Mr. Vikas, was very helpful too. Thanks for the great service, Mr. Vikas.
