It’s quiet and peaceful here, and the place is neat and clean. The rooms and washrooms were clean too. There’s plenty of parking for both two-wheelers and cars, and a lift makes it easy to reach the floors. The staff were friendly.

I booked Oyo 83602, but the owner said they had moved the booking to this sunshine inn hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist said I had to pay an extra 500 to stay. I paid because I was in a hurry, but the room was awful. The bed was covered in ants, so I changed rooms, and in the new one the fan didn’t work. There were so many mosquitoes I couldn’t sleep, even with the fan and AC on. I wasted my money and hope nobody else does. This is my honest review.

The rooms are good, but the service isn’t. The landline in my room didn’t work, and I had to call staff many times for basic things that should have been there, like toilet paper and a towel. The TV didn’t have a subscription either.

The caretaker was so friendly and kept trying to meet all our needs, which seems to be a real speciality here. We had an awesome stay. If you’re visiting Gurgaon, you should stay here.

The room was filthy, so I couldn’t stay and left. I’d already waited 20 minutes just to get a room. Such a disappointing experience, and I’m never booking a room through Oyo again.
