The accommodation is very low standard. Staff drink at night and don’t treat us well.

The TV was not parking.No parking attendent. There was no procedure to note down a guest’s car number, and there was no parking attendant. The lift wasn’t working, so it wasn’t suitable for senior citizens. Staff were discourteous. I forgot luggage that the room attendant had left at reception. Although they had my mobile number on record, nobody bothered to call. I had to travel nearly 40 km all the way from Delhi again to collect it. It’s also a security issue, since someone could leave a bag with explosives and the staff would barely notice.

The room was neat and clean, and the service was very good. The place is right on the road, which makes the location convenient. I’m grateful to the owner, Mr. Surender Yadav ji, for his very good nature. I’d suggest this place to everyone.
