I won't stay here again. Room 401 was dirty, the reception was bad, and staff didn't coordinate or take the intercom calls seriously. Food I'd left in the fridge on the ground floor was stolen. Even getting water was a headache: after an hour of calls and reminders, it finally came, and staff gave no answer or showed any sympathy. Pathetic experience, and the reception behavior was unacceptable. I'll post the hotel's name on Twitter with bad reviews. Thanks for making my stay horrible.

The rooms are affordable and the hotel is a good size, but hygiene is a problem. I found dust, stains, insects, and even small worms in the washroom. If cleanliness matters to you, this probably isn't the place. Also, don't book through OYO: they may not give you a room and the experience can be really painful. You could pay them directly.

What a bad experience. There's no hotel name on the building because it's a bungalow, not a hotel. The price is too high for the service, and most staff were rude, apart from one or two. When I asked for something, they said, “How much are you getting us to reduce it by? You can do that yourself.” I'd never had an experience like that. There was no water in the rooms, and the hotel didn't feel safe at all, especially for girls. Please don't go here. It should be shut down. Very bad experience.

The view around the hotel was nice, and the rooms were hygienic. We had good food, too. Staff were well trained and on time with every service. It was a great stay, thanks to them.
