For 1800 a night, there were no services to speak of, so it felt like a complete waste of money. The room smelled awful, the TV didn't work, and there wasn't even a way to complain about it. You have to fetch your own water bottle too. I wouldn't stay here.

I booked two rooms for two days last month and was disappointed by the staff, who wouldn't listen when we raised problems. Both bathrooms were filthy, the flushes didn't work, the press buttons were already broken, and the water pressure was very low. The TV had no channels until a technician finally arrived, so I was wondering how we'd get through the two days. Staff took no action to clean or repair anything. They need to improve the service and bring in better staff or housekeeping. Regards, Vicky

The bathrooms in both rooms were dirty and neither flush worked. We told the staff, but nothing was done, and there was no proper service or staff available. Our rooms weren't cleaned even once during the three days we stayed last month. I was so disappointed that I wouldn't stay there again. Don't spend your money or energy on this hotel. I'd give it minus stars if I could.

Once you've got a room, nobody listens to you. There's no staff service, and no one available to help carry luggage into the room. My bathroom was a mess and the flush didn't work, and the staff were rude. I was extremely disappointed. This doesn't feel like a proper hotel, so please choose somewhere else with better facilities. Don't book HARE KRISHNA REGIDENCY.
