Hotel Lotus Palace by OYO Rooms

The staff were rude, and when I wanted to check out under my OYO booking, they wouldn't check me out and just told me to leave. I had booked breakfast for two days through OYO but only needed one. They still asked me to pay extra for tea and gave me just one parantha as “breakfast.” The place is dark and quiet, with no street lights outside. WiFi was very slow and kept disconnecting, and mobile reception inside was poor. The bathroom lock was broken, so someone could enter the room through the outside-facing bathroom door. The geyser leaked, and the room stank.
