Amrit Guest House

The caretaker on duty refused to acknowledge our complaints and was very rude to everyone. That, along with how dirty the place was, made the stay extremely unpleasant. The floors were covered in dirt, the bathrooms smelled filthy, and the beds hadn't been cleaned. There were stains and hair from previous guests on the pillows, sheets, and blankets. The rooms were poorly maintained and extremely unhygienic. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this place.

We checked out earlier than planned. The room didn't look like the photo they showed, and while the service was okay, the location felt very bad for any girl or woman coming to Vrindavan alone. Most people seem to have rooms for families only, but they provide rooms to anyone.

Booked for two days, but we left after the first one. The rooms weren't clean, and the staff and owner behaved ridiculously. I can't recommend staying here. Bhavna, please teach your staff how to treat guests and respond to their concerns.

The staff were well mannered, and the room and stay were amazing. It's near all the main temples, a must visit place to stay if you're planning to visit vrindavan.
