We felt comfortable throughout our family stay at NV Palace. The rooms were clean, well kept, and decent, with a cozy feel. Staff were courteous and always willing to help, and the food was a highlight because it tasted like home-cooked meals. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. A great choice for families looking for clean rooms, good food, and helpful service. Highly recommended.

There’s no in-house restaurant, so you have to order nearly 1.5 hours ahead, and even then the food arrives cold from outside. The staff are rude, careless, and unprofessional. We gave them simple things like bread or milk to heat, and they went missing. The location is isolated, far from a good market or places to visit. Nothing here is worth the money. This was the worst stay of my life. If I could, I’d give it -10 out of 10. Avoid it at all costs.

The owner’s involvement with guest matters was the best part of our stay. He personally looks after everything, which helped make the experience great. The hotel is near Panchkula Bhavan, a place every auto and electric rickshaw driver knows. Fantastic service at a reasonable price.

It’s clean and hygienic, with good facilities, and all the temples are nearby. They also provide scooters for rent. Best hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean, which made our family’s stay comfortable. Prem Mandir and ISKCON Mandir are both nearby, so it’s easy to visit them. We had a very good experience here, and I’d recommend it to families visiting the area.
