The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space, with a sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom. The property is beautiful, there are shops, restaurants, and a convenience store right below, and I stayed four days at a great value. But the front office staff were bad. The rooms weren't properly looked after, I had to ask at least 3-4 times for anything, and they didn't clean them on their own each day. The staff attitude and service were pathetic. I can't stay here again.

It's a budget place near IMT Manesar(Gurugram), with clean rooms and good staff. Food choices inside are very limited, though there are more options outside the mall. The multiplex is in the same building, which is handy.

I was told Collection O Sapphire 83 MNS024 had closed a few months ago and doesn't exist anymore. My Booking ID was SLUQ4782. Customer care offered no alternative, and there wasn't another OYO nearby.

My room was clean, but I ran into a few issues. I was in a suite and only one AC worked. There was no dental kit, shower wash, or electric kettle, and the balcony door had problems too.

The owner uses several names for the same property, including sapphire 83 and lime wood stay. They refused my check-in and asked for extra money. The owner was rude and, to me, was bluffing and committing fraud. If my money isn't refunded, I'm going to lodge an FIR against the property owner. Please don't go here.
