The rooms weren’t in good condition or clean, and the experience was very bad. When I asked to see a room, they demanded payment first. After I paid, I found that the rooms were still in poor shape, with no working fan and the TV not turning on. I wanted to cancel my booking and get my money back, but they said that wasn’t possible. The staff were very rude.

The rooms are decent for the price, and there’s good parking around the property. But although I booked for three adults, they said the extra bed would cost more. Even basics like water and morning tea were chargeable. The location is good.

The manager and staff were very cooperative, and I had a nice experience. It’s a low-budget hotel with parking and food available, though for the food I wanted I had to order online. Seems good for people visiting for company or corporate meetings.

The food was very good, and the rooms were neat and clean. The hotel staff were cooperative too. The only thing I didn’t like was the room service.

I wouldn’t want to stay here again. The AC didn’t work properly, and it felt like damaged things weren’t repaired or cared for. My first room was the worst: it wasn’t clean, the charging point didn’t work, and there was no telephone to order anything. After I complained, they moved me to another room, which was somewhat better. I still have some bad photos of the hotel on my phone, but I don’t want to share them.
