Hotel Sangam Pacific

Both rooms I booked had washroom flushes that didn't work. I kept reminding the staff, but they didn't respond in time or fix them. There was no lift up to the 4th floor, no balcony or almirahs, and the service wasn't proper. I had a very bad experience. I think the owner needs to take initiative. What can the workers do if the owner doesn't step in and is irresponsible?

I had to check out and find another hotel. The room looked nothing like the nice one shown in the OYO app, and there was no hot water or OYO kit. Room service was awful. If you're staying here through OYO, you could have a terrible time.

Water from the AC started dripping onto my face and bed at 3 AM. The room also had wall patches everywhere and a pile of dirty carpets. The washroom was worse than railway station washrooms these days, and the place was extremely unhygienic and poor. I wasn't given a towel or toiletry kit. At reception, the man refused online payment, saying OYO would deduct money or something like that. I was put in the last room on the left on the first floor. The actual place was nowhere near the photos the owner uploaded. Please never choose this property.

The food was okay, but the rest of my stay was awful. My confirmed Goibibo room had been given to someone else when I arrived, and staff told me to cancel and find another option. They first moved me to a room without an attached washroom, then changed it after I argued. The staff weren't good, and I was deeply disappointed by the hotel's behavior and management. I can't recommend it to anyone. Think before spending your money here.
