Clarion Inn Sevilla

The bathroom was the worst part. The flush didn't work, there were no toiletries, soap, or even a towel, and bad drainage left a sewer-like damp smell. The AC and fan were both out, so the closed room quickly became humid and stuffy. The sheets looked old and gray, and felt rough. The room had no door lock, and staff came in without knocking. Getting started was just as bad. No one was around to help check me in, so I carried my heavy luggage up to the lobby myself. There was no parking on site, and I had to leave my car by the main road, where I worried about traffic and theft. The room looked decades old, without any vintage charm. Calling this a 4-star property feels misleading. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and service all fell short, and staying here was a big mistake. I'd tell people to spend their money elsewhere.

The bathroom was tiny, and the shower tap came off, though we hadn't broken it. The bed was dirty, with a clump of hair in the middle and gravy stains on the sheets. The landline didn't work, so there was no room service.

The room service food was really tasty, though the buffet was just okay, and the restaurant felt a bit cramped. We were only in Chandigarh for one night. Our booking company had put the reservation on the wrong date, but Mr. Prem Thapa helped us get it sorted. The rooms looked like the pictures, and the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are decent, though a bit old. The banquet hall is functional and fine for family gatherings, weddings, or parties. Nothing especially impressive about the place, but it works for a simple occasion. Just average, really.
