We made a bulk booking, and the staff were really friendly. They even upgraded us at the last minute. The rooms were clean and efficient, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of the main road. Good value for the money. Would definitely recommend!

The food at Hotel Pearl Palace exceeded our expectations, both in taste and presentation, and the charges felt fair for the value provided. We recently held the Export Cluster Meetup there, and the event ran seamlessly thanks to a professional, well-coordinated team. Staff were courteous, attentive, and efficient throughout. We stayed one night. The hotel is down a narrow lane, with no view or a filthy one. Every room had cockroaches, and the bathrooms had dirty bins and corners. Hot water was available only after 8 am, and there was no shower mixer. There weren’t any plug points, not even one for the hot water kettle in the room. The linen and furniture were old. There were no breakfast options, and nothing was hot, not even the tea. One star only for Mr Basit.
