There wasn't even a mess here, and the service was awful. The only thing going for this previous-century hotel is its location. No Wi-Fi worked in the room. Reception kept saying they'd called someone and it should appear, then told me to come out of my room to connect, even at midnight. But I never got connected.

The location is good and the staff were polite, but the room condition was disappointing. Basic cleanliness and the facilities overall felt below what the price should get you. The property seems to have potential, but it needs proper upkeep and more attention to detail. Polite staff can't make up for rooms in such poor condition. I hope management improves the maintenance.

The meal was good and the staff were cooperative, but the cleanliness really let me down. The rooms weren't properly clean, and the bedsheets had stains. I'm giving two stars only for the food. The owner should address this, especially when guests have to pay such a high amount for one room.
