The restaurant was barely functioning, with 80% of the items unavailable. Even tea came straight in a cup, without a flask or kettle, which was especially inconvenient in winter. The quilts smelled bad, and the towels had a strange bleach smell. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the TV kept stopping. We arrived late and had no other option, but staying here was a terrible decision. For the first time I wanted to slap the manager, though I held back out of respect for his age and because I was with family. I thought it was better to avoid him and let karma handle it. Families, please stay away. It isn't worth even 1k.

The room was poor, and the geyser and TV both didn't work. They gave us single bed blankets for a twin bed.

I only gave it a star for the location. They charged us 3000 rp even though online it was listed at 1800, and then denied there were any online bookings. It was bloody oyo. The place is extremely costly for no reason and provided nothing, not even an extra blanket. When we asked to have our food reheated, a staff member flatly refused. I'd ask everyone to boycott this hotel. Hotels under 1000 are far, far better. I came here to celebrate diwali, but this situation ruined my trip and my diwali. I wish the government would close this pathetic hotel.

The location is ideal and there's parking, but the staff's service and very rude behavior made the place not worth it. They acted as if we weren't guests at all, and didn't know how to speak to us. The rooms were just okay, but poorly maintained and cleaned. There were lots of spiders and mold on the walls. I wouldn't give even one star for the service.

It's a decent hotel near Christ Church, about 100 m away, and the church and car parking are within walking distance. Rates are pocket friendly, though don't expect too much. There's a restaurant, and the staff are very nice, supportive, cordial, and friendly.
