I received a lot of cooperation and support from the hotel and the staff. When I booked the hotel online and saw the reviews, I was scared, but upon reaching the hotel, the room was clean and the staff provided clean RO cold water. The staff was very nice and the food was also very good. Overall, my trip was good.
