The room let me down: its sofa was torn and had a big hole in it, so the stay was average. I had to wait nearly an hour at reception while the room was being prepared, although the staff were cooperative. The hotel is at Wireless Gate more, easy to spot from the road and traffic, and has a bar downstairs. The reception area is very small and a little congested.
The Oyo team were really cooperative and understood the customer's problem, which made this another great experience. One suggestion for senior management: please reduce the room rates for couples. At these prices, I think you all will get richer than Bill Gates 😊😊🤣😂😂
They took our money after telling us at reception that checkout was at 9pm, but once we got to the room they said it was 6. This is the worst place for couples, and I will never recommend the hotel to anyone.
The hotel itself is good, but the staff behave very badly, and the food isn't good for your health. The experience was really bad. Most importantly, hotel staff come into the room at any time and disturb you. Thank you.
Cleanliness is an issue, and we got far less than the price would suggest. Not a very good place, and it was a bad experience overall.
