Birdhouse Residency By OYO Rooms

I couldn’t find another hotel, so I took this room for a day and paid 1500 per room. It wasn’t properly cleaned: the floors were broken and the beds dirty. The rooms are dirty, and the staff behavior isn’t good. Avoid it if you can.

I had to stay because it was raining heavily, but I’d look for another hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, with stains on the bedsheet and walls. When I asked to move, the person at the desk said it was their best room and told me to shift properties. The room and service felt like a lodge.

The rooms were fairly spacious and neat, but there was no hot water for a bath. When I asked, the reception guy said it wouldn’t come. The staff’s attitude toward customers was awful, and the receptionist was rude and threatening. They offered no help with anything. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I arrived with my parents at 10.30 at night, only to be told our booked room’s AC had broken down at 10 and the sole alternative had seepage or leakage. I wondered how the AC could have broken unless they’d been using my room until then. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the room they showed us didn’t have a geyser either.
