Park Avenue Hotel

I booked a premium room, but it didn’t have a mini fridge. After I complained, they brought one, though it didn’t cool properly. The AC also wasn’t working properly, and the room smelled bad. The manager simply said there was nothing he could do because no other room was vacant.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The staff were really helpful, especially the morning and night front desk teams, including the security guard. It was definitely worth staying here, and I’d recommend it. Thanks for the hospitality and service.

Mr. Khadak B was the standout for us. He was proactive, treated guests like family, and helped a lot with parking the car. The rooms were clean, though small. The bathroom was also small and not very clean, and the shower wasn’t working. Still, we had a good experience overall.

We’d stayed here before and chose it again for the location, but the hotel has gotten much worse. The bed, pillows, and covers were stained, and the shower and toilet were dirty. Since we couldn’t get a refund, we stayed and asked the staff to put extra covers over the bed and pillows. The staff were the best part of a terrible hotel. If management can’t run it properly, they should sell it. I don’t know how it got a three-star rating.
