At check-in there was NO WATER in the taps. I told the staff right away, but even after an hour it still hadn't been fixed. You couldn't properly wash your hands or use the toilet. There was no intercom phone in the room either, so whenever I needed help I had to go downstairs and chase the staff. In 2026, that's beyond ridiculous. They also provided no complimentary water bottles. The staff were rude and uncooperative, showing no professionalism, taking no responsibility, and offering no apology, as if this service failure were normal. My stay at Hotel White Park, Chennai was a complete nightmare. This place shouldn't be called a hotel, and it disgraces the hospitality industry. I strongly warn everyone, DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to suffer, waste money, and be treated as if your comfort doesn't matter.

This is on small streets, and the price feels too high. You can find better rooms for the same price.

The room smelled bad, with cockroaches, sand, and dust all over, and I found several insects. The staff weren't polite, and the general manager was very rude. There's no refund or compromise, and no customer satisfaction. Don't bring your family here. I don't recommend staying at all.

I stayed four days, and they didn't clean the room once. When it rained, water came inside at 2am, and there are termites on the windows. Service was awful, and they don't know how to talk to customers. The owner isn't good either. Worst hotel anyone could see.

The room was soaked when it rained, and there were termites in room 102. The quoted prices also changed between the phone call and our arrival, and they tried to charge us extra at checkout. The staff weren't cordial with us.
