This place suits short stays for groups under 10, at a reasonable price, and bookings are available for less than a week. There’s enough parking for the number of rooms and people they can accommodate. It has no beach view, though nearby beaches like menamkulam and veli are accessible. Residents live in the surrounding area, with options for homely food nearby, while meals can also be found at nearby hotels or through online delivery, since there’s no in-house food. Staff are well behaved and know a reasonable amount about nearby services. Medical aid is available at janakiya arogya seva kendra, with further help at kazhakootam.

I wouldn't say it was worth the price. The man who described it as close to a three-star place wasn't telling the truth. He did help me out with a charger I'd left at home, so that is the one reason I gave the service three stars.

The staff made me feel welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable with the modern amenities I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the location worked perfectly for me. I was impressed by the care they put into the guest experience. I'd gladly recommend Parpidam Residency for a pleasant stay in Trivandrum.

We were left really disappointed after travelling about 15 km from the railway station and paying 500 for the trip. Booking.com had confirmed our room, but when we arrived the hotel said it didn't accept bookings from that site and refused to give us the room. In the end they did have one room available, but it cost more than what we'd booked. These people seem very money-minded. If you're planning to stay here, check with them beforehand so you don't end up in the same situation.

The room turned out to be much better than I expected. It was really clean and felt premium, with a good double bed, a thick blanket, TV, AC, a clean bathroom, a locker, and good lighting. My girlfriend and I stayed one day, I think from 27-12-2024 to 28-12-2024. I'd read an old comment from two years earlier about rude behavior from the receptionist and cleaner, so I was nervous going in. I only realized it was an OYO room when I saw the sign, and tried to act like I wasn't scared. But both staff members treated us really well. Registration took about five minutes and we were soon in our room. I'm not anonymous, I'm from TRIVANDRUM and I'm a malayali.
